The Diljit Dosanjh Show was another mega live performance that attracted massive crowds and required meticulous planning to manage logistics, safety, and backstage operations. With Diljit’s popularity and energy-filled shows, crowd control and staff communication were top priorities.
Omega Airlink Solutions stepped in as the communication and security partner, providing end-to-end solutions for the event. We deployed over 150 two-way radios to connect event organisers, security staff, stage crew, and technical teams. This allowed instant communication across different zones of the venue, helping with quick problem-solving during live performance hours.
Our CCTV surveillance systems were strategically placed around entry points, backstage, and audience areas, giving organisers full visibility and enabling quick response to any incident. We also provided door-frame metal detectors and handheld scanners at entry points to ensure smooth but thorough security checks.
Given the scale of the event, redundancy and reliability were crucial. We implemented backup systems and ensured multiple support staff were on the ground to troubleshoot. Our PA systems were also integrated to allow clear announcements to guide attendees, especially during entry, crowd dispersal, and emergency scenarios.
